Cupping Therapy

The revival of Cupping was seen when Michael Phelps turned up at the 2016 Olympics covered in purple/red circular spots on his torso. Cupping is an ancient treatment that Michael and other athletes were using to relieve tension in his muscles.

This technique uses suction or vacuum cups to draw the blood and oxygen to the surface of the skin in specific areas.

The suction and negative pressure provided by Chinese cupping massage therapy releases toxins, loosens muscles and encourages blood flow which in turn can relieve:

  • Back And Neck Pain
  • Stiff Muscles
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Reduces Inflammation
